Zusammenfassung

Crypto Finance AG, part of the Deutsche Börse Group, seeks a committed team player to support platform operations, incident triage, releases, and client onboarding for its regulated trading and custody solutions in Zurich. You will help maintain configurations, manage tickets in Jira, and contribute to knowledge management while learning in a fast-paced fintech environment.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, finance, or a related field (currently pursuing or recently completed)
• Genuine interest in trading systems, financial technology, or digital assets
• Basic understanding of how software systems connect and communicate (e.g., APIs; FIX, REST a plus)
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and well-organized, with a strong willingness to learn
• Clear written and spoken communication in English

Aufgaben

• Platform support: Help monitor the trading and core banking applications and assist in logging and tracking issues.
• Incident support: Assist the second-line team in triaging, documenting, and following up on production incidents, learning root cause analysis along the way.
• Release support: Help prepare and document platform releases, and track change-control steps with the Cloud, engineering, and delivery teams.
• Client onboarding support: Assist with client conformance testing and maintain onboarding documentation.
• Configuration support: Help maintain platform and application settings under supervision.
• Ticket & backlog hygiene: Keep tickets accurate and the backlog well-organized in Jira.
• Testing: Support test preparation and execution for platform changes.
• Documentation & knowledge management: Maintain and improve platform documentation and the team knowledge base in Confluence.
