The role requires a finance/quant background, Swiss trading experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Banking, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven trader experience in equities, FX, or commodities in Switzerland.
• Fluency in English; other European languages a plus.
• Strong understanding of market conduct and regulatory landscape.

Crypto Trader

As a Crypto Trader in Zug, Switzerland, you will join Bitcoin Suisse’s Trading & Brokerage team, delivering best execution for our clients while contributing to the company’s continued growth. This role offers the opportunity to navigate fast-moving crypto markets, work alongside experienced traders and crypto natives, and make a direct impact in one of the industry’s most dynamic environments.

You will have the following responsibilities

• Best execution. Execute client orders with precision, always acting in their best interest.
• Operational excellence. Ensure smooth daily trading operations through reconciliations and process oversight.
• Liquidity management. Manage liquidity efficiently across multiple crypto exchanges.
• Strong partnerships. Build and maintain trusted relationships with exchanges, banks, and other key partners.
• Continuous improvement. Drive projects that enhance trading products, workflows, and procedures.
• Product innovation. Collaborate with product owners and developers to create intuitive, business-focused trading solutions.
• Insightful reporting. Produce accurate trading reports that support transparency and informed decision-making.

What you bring along

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, Mathematics or similar
• Proven experience in the financial sector as a Trader (trading Equities, FX or Commodities) in Switzerland
• Good understanding of regulatory landscape (e.g. market conduct)
• Excellent knowledge and experience in trading mechanisms
• Strong interest in cryptocurrency markets and knowledge of crypto exchanges of advantage
• Availability to work occasional shifts after business hours
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and ability to stay calm in case of hectic circumstances
• Fluency in English. Other European languages are of advantage
