Zusammenfassung

Crypto Finance Group in Zurich seeks a Trading Intern to support day-to-day management of trading and core platforms. You will join the trading desk to work alongside traders on client execution, market monitoring and analysis with real exposure to institutional digital asset markets.

This fixed-term internship lasts six months and is based on-site in Zurich. You will gain hands-on experience across trading operations, pricing, and internal workflows, while developing skills in finance, crypto

Qualifikationen

• Recent graduate or in final year of Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
• Genuine interest in financial markets, trading and digital assets, backed by academic work, personal experience or internship.
• Basic understanding of financial instruments and appetite to learn derivatives and crypto market structure.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to build relationships across internal departments.
• Solid working knowledge of Excel; familiarity with Python, SQL, or VBA is an advantage.
• Full professional proficiency in English, spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
• Available to work full-time for six months on-site from our Zurich office.
• Valid permit to work in Switzerland, or eligibility to obtain one.

Aufgaben

• Monitor positions, client flows, and market moves during the trading day and flag anomalies.
• Learn our trading platform and product suite and contribute ideas for pricing, execution, and workflows.
• Prepare recurring analyses and reports on trading activity, client flows, venue performance and market conditions.
• Support operational account management including cash, collateral, and reconciliation tasks across venues.
• Research digital asset market structure, venues, instruments and trends for internal briefings.
• Assist with client and counterparty interactions, including materials and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Risk, Compliance and Legal on initiatives.
• Contribute to testing and rollout of platform changes and new trading products.
• Follow regulatory requirements and internal policies.

We are looking for a Trading Intern to join our team and support the day-to-day management of Crypto Finance's trading and core platforms. You will join our trading desk and work alongside the traders on daily client execution, market monitoring and analysis, with real exposure to institutional digital asset markets from day one. This internship is offered as a fixed-term assignment for a period of six months.

• Support the trading desk in daily client trading operations, from order monitoring and trade checks through to post-trade follow-up
• Monitor positions, client flows, and market moves during the trading day and flag anything unusual to the traders
• Learn about our trading platform and product suite in depth and contribute with ideas for improving pricing, execution, and internal workflows
• Prepare recurring analyses and reports on trading activity, client flows, venue performance and market conditions
• Support operational account management, including cash, collateral, and reconciliation tasks across venues
• Research digital asset market structure, venues, instruments and trends, and turn your findings into short internal briefings
• Support the desk in client and counterparty interactions, including preparation of materials and follow-ups
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Legal on operational and strategic initiatives
• Contribute to the testing and rollout of platform changes and new trading products
• Follow regulatory requirements and internal policies at all times

• A recent graduate or currently in the final year of a bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
• Genuine interest in financial markets, trading and digital assets, ideally backed by academic work, personal experience or a relevant internship
