Helvetia Schweiz is seeking an experienced professional to support Specialty Lines underwriting in Switzerland and international markets. You will process new and renewal business, liaise with brokers and clients on administrative tasks, and ensure accurate handling of submissions and reports.

Responsibilities include managing loss runs, risk assessments, and loss ratios to support decisions, while handling policy payments and tax considerations with care.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in insurance and understanding of products, services, and processes.
• Administration, finance, customer service or risk management experience in insurance.
• Structured, accurate and analytical, with independent decision capability.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel and SAP or similar systems.

Aufgaben

• Support Specialty Lines underwriting by processing new and renewal business accurately.
• Serve as main contact for brokers and clients on admin and accounting matters.
• Review submissions, follow up on missing information, ensure end-to-end flow.
• Prepare information and reports like loss runs, risk assessments, and loss ratios.
• Handle policy payments, including taxes and terrorism pool requirements.
• Contribute to service quality and document handling for contracts and correspondence.
• File and archive insurance and reinsurance contracts and related documents.
