Noir seeks a Business Owner or Product Leader with deep Swiss insurance experience to own a strategic Insurance Core portfolio on the Swiss Health Platform (SHP). You will drive end-to-end product strategy, market engagement and profitability, combining commercial responsibility with technology insight.

In this hybrid Solothurn role you will own budgets, revenues, P&L, business cases and pricing models, prioritise initiatives with Product Owners and delivery teams, and credibly engage insurers

Qualifikationen

• Requires senior product ownership or business leadership with insurance domain focus.
• Strong understanding of Swiss health/accident insurance markets and core insurance processes.
• Experience translating market needs into commercially viable solutions and business cases.

Aufgaben

• Own strategy, vision and roadmap for the Insurance Core portfolio.
• Manage budgets, costs, revenues and P&L; develop business cases and pricing models.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to prioritise initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
• Engage directly with insurers to translate market needs into commercially viable solutions.
