Zusammenfassung

Akkodis is seeking a Quality Inspector for Villeneuve, Switzerland to ensure product and process conformity, detect non-conformities, and drive continuous quality improvement in a production environment.

You will perform inspections per QC plans, operate precision measurement equipment, and contribute to audits; candidates should have NF EN ISO 9712 Cofrend and MT2, 4+ years industrial quality experience, and proficiency with ERP systems.

Qualifikationen

• Certification per NF EN ISO 9712:2012 or equivalent.
• 4+ years in industrial quality or quality inspection.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and quality methods (8D, MSA, audits).

Aufgaben

• Perform quality inspections of parts, products, and equipment per QC plans.
• Verify conformity after rework and approve repairs for special processes.
• Use precision measurement equipment (dimensional, profilometry, X-ray).
• Record and analyze inspection results using ERP systems.

For one of our clients based in Villeneuve, we are looking for a Quality Inspector to ensure compliance of products and industrial processes, contribute to the zero-defect objective, detect, analyze, and resolve non-conformities, and actively participate in continuous quality improvement in production.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections of parts, products, and equipment in accordance with quality control plans
• Verify conformity after rework and approve repairs, particularly for special processes
• Use and operate precision measurement equipment (dimensional, profilometry, X-ray, etc.)
• Record and analyze inspection results using digital tools and ERP systems
• Identify, characterize, and report defects and non-conformities (5W, 5W2H, 8D, Ishikawa)
• Participate in internal and external audits (ISO 9001) and follow up on action plans
• Compliance with inspection methods and deadlines
• Quality and reliability of inspections performed
• Relevance and accuracy of defect analysis

Work Authorization: Candidates must hold a valid Swiss work permit or be a Swiss or EU national.

Profile

• Cofrend or equivalent certification according to NF EN ISO 9712:2012
• MT2 (Magnetic Testing Level 2) - Recommended
• Technical training (Vocational Baccalaureate to Bachelor's degree / 2-3 years of higher education)
• Training in industrial quality and problem-solving methodologies
• Knowledge of ISO GPS tolerancing and quality standards (ISO 9001)
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in industrial quality or quality inspection
• Proven experience in an industrial and production environment
• Experience using digital quality tools and ERP systems
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Strong knowledge of quality methods (8D, MSA, audits, root cause analysis)
