Zusammenfassung

Wascosa AG in Luzern is seeking a generalist with a strong foundation in finance to contribute to our investment strategy and European infrastructure focus.

You will support analysis of opportunities, manage risk/return criteria, and assist with M&A/Due Diligence, financing, and investor relations while coordinating with financial institutions and shareholders. Fluency in German and English is required, with 3–5 years in investment banking, PE, or corporate M&A recommended.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in economics, business administration/finance or related field.
• 3–5 years in investment banking, deal advisory, private equity or corporate M&A.
• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to the development of investment strategy with focus on European infrastructure.
• Support analysis and evaluation of opportunities based on risk/return criteria and manage M&A/Due Diligence processes.
• Prepare Investment Committee and Board documents.
• Monitor investments against performance measures; act as main contact for financial institutions and shareholders.
• Partly responsible for group business planning, financing, treasury and Investor Relations.
