Zurich-based leading private bank seeks an IT Infrastructure Project Lead to drive strategic infrastructure and cyber security initiatives from planning through delivery. You will lead end-to-end delivery, manage PoCs, cloud-based WAAP evaluation, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet scope, quality, budget and timelines.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading complex IT infrastructure, cloud and cyber security projects in large enterprises.
• Strong project management covering planning, governance, execution and delivery.
• Experience with technology assessments, PoCs and implementation programs.
• Solid understanding of web application security technologies.
• Hands-on with Web Application Firewalls, API Security and cloud-native security.
• Familiarity with container platforms and Kubernetes-based architectures.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies.
• Strong vendor management and service provider oversight.
• Experience preparing executive reports and steering materials.
• Excellent risk, issue, budget and timeline management.
• PMP/PRINCE2/IPMA or equivalent practical certification.

Aufgaben

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic infrastructure and cyber security projects.
• Manage the evaluation and selection process for a cloud-based WAAP solution.
• Coordinate a PoC to migrate from appliance-based WAF to a Kubernetes-based deployment.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, security, application and business areas.
• Manage external vendors, service providers and implementation partners.
• Prepare management reports, steering committee presentations and decision papers.
• Ensure delivery according to scope, quality, budget and timeline objectives.
• Support strategic decision-making regarding the future web application security platform.
