Thales in Aargau is seeking an Information Security Specialist to strengthen security across digital and physical transactions for Swiss banks and institutions. The role offers part-time or full-time models, with focus on risk assessment, policy development, and incident support.

You will collaborate with the CISO and external partners to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance, develop security concepts, and drive awareness initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training or degree in information security management, or relevant professional experience in information security.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates welcome for mentorship.
• Experience developing and maintaining security concepts, policies and documentation.

Aufgaben

• Assess information security risks by identifying assets, objectives, threats and risk treatments.
• Develop and maintain security concepts, policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Create and improve security processes and working instructions.
• Plan and deliver security awareness and training for employees.
• Translate regulatory and contractual requirements into guidance for business areas and external partners.
• Support information security in audits, compliance and risk management.
• Support the CISO and participate in projects, certifications and security assessments (ISO 27001, ISO 14298, PCI-CP).
