Die Schweizerische Post AG is seeking a cybersecurity professional to strengthen information security across the organization and advise stakeholders on security issues. The role emphasizes risk-based decision making, governance, and clear communication to diverse audiences.

You will work in a hybrid setup with the option to work remotely while being present in Bern 1-2 days per week, collaborating with various units and leading awareness initiatives to embed security culture.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in IT or information security or equivalent.
• Experience in cybersecurity, risk management or governance.
• Strong knowledge of information security standards and governance processes.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills for diverse audiences.

Aufgaben

• Strengthen information security in your area and contribute to its ongoing development.
• Identify and analyse security risks with specialist units and develop pragmatic risk-reduction solutions.
• Present security requirements, risks and decision principles clearly to the target audience.
• Advise stakeholders on information security issues and support implementation of security requirements.
• Reconcile different interests and develop viable solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on projects and introduce security considerations early.
• Organize targeted security awareness and empowerment activities to strengthen long-term security culture.
