Job summary

International Trade Centre (ITC) in Geneva seeks an Information Systems Assistant to develop, test, and implement new application systems and functionalities. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 7 years in information systems analysis, programming, or related fields; 5 years with first-level degree.
• Desirable: SQL Server, C#/.NET web development, PowerBI, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full lifecycle of application systems from development to deployment.
• Define system requirements with users and translate into specifications.
• Install software/hardware, monitor performance, and produce reports.
• Prepare technical and user documentation and support deployed systems.
