Qualifikationen

• 5 years' higher education in IT, engineering or related field with proven IT security leadership experience.
• Experience with data protection and identity solutions: PAM/IAM/CIAM.
• Expertise in email filtering, EDR/XDR, and security hardening.
• Knowledge of standards: ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, OWASP, IEC62443 and cloud security concepts.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the security engineering team across design and deployment of security solutions.
• Define standards and enforce security controls throughout the company.
• Oversee IAM/PAM/CIAM initiatives and data protection.
• Coordinate security projects with IT, Legal, and external partners.
• Drive Red Team/Pentest findings remediation and regulatory watch.
