Audemars Piguet in Le Brassus, Switzerland, seeks an Information Security Engineering Manager to define and enforce security standards, lead the security engineering team, and coordinate with architecture, PMO and Legal.

You will design and implement security controls, manage IAM/PAM and CIAM initiatives, and drive data protection, cloud security and incident response across the organization. Fluent in English and French; permanent full-time role.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of IT security experience with team leadership.
• Knowledge of data protection and identity solutions: PAM, IAM, CIAM.
• Experience with email security and workplace security tools.
• Mastery of security standards: ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, OWASP, IEC 62443.
• Cloud/Zero Trust security architecture knowledge, fluent in English and French.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the security engineering team for design and deployment of security solutions.
• Define security standards and provide support to development with secure practices.
• Manage IAM/PAM/CIAM initiatives and DLP and AppSec implementations.
• Deliver cybersecurity projects across IT and non-IT areas; coordinate with PMO, Legal, and Architecture.
• Lead remediation of Red Team/Pentest findings and ensure regulatory compliance.
