Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Sr Manager, IMSC Information Architecture Make/Quality, based in Zug, CH. You will lead information architecture for Make and Quality, ensuring data assets are semantically aligned, discoverable, governed, and analytics-ready.

The role focuses on building a FAIR, AI-ready context layer across master, transactional, and analytical data, metadata, and knowledge graphs, collaborating with Data Owners and IT partners to enable trusted AI and business value.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in pharma, healthcare, life sciences data environments.
• Strong knowledge of FAIR, metadata, and semantic modelling.

Aufgaben

• Design end-to-end FAIR and AI-ready data assets for Make/Quality domains.
• Lead conceptual and logical information modelling with clear ownership.
• Define IA principles, standards, and patterns across metadata, taxonomy and ontology.
• Establish domain-level business semantics and shared definitions.
• Collaborate with Data Owners, Governance, and Tech partners to scale data assets.
