Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial, technology, or building solutions sectors.
• Ability to own and drive marketing strategy and execution in global or matrixed environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in solution and product marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
