Domino HR - Genève seeks an expert in industrial machine vision to shape the next generation of inspection products. You will lead the design of robust vision system architectures, select cameras, optics and illumination, and implement high-performance image processing solutions for industrial throughput and precision.

You will anticipate market trends, guide the engineering team as a technical referent, and propose innovative vision solutions to customer challenges, driving strategic know-how

Aufgaben

Anticipate market trends in industrial vision science and translate them into core technologies and platform solutions.
Be the technical vision referent for the Engineering team on new challenges in vision.
Propose new industrial vision solutions to customer challenges.
Design cost-efficient, robust and high-performance industrial vision system architectures for the full product portfolio.
Define technology choices across the vision chain: cameras, optics, illumination, sensors and electronics.
Design and specify image processing algorithms and vision software for high throughput and accuracy.
Define and oversee vision system calibration processes (camera, lighting, optical chain).
Ensure repeatability and measurement accuracy of vision-based measurements in an industrial context.
Perform active technology scouting and forecasting on emerging vision technologies and assess build vs buy vs partnership strategies.
