Oratek in Ecublens, Switzerland hires an Industrial Vision & Software Engineer to design, develop and deliver complete vision solutions for automated machines. You will oversee hardware selection, software development, validation and commissioning across the full project lifecycle.

The role combines vision and software with automation, requiring hands-on experience and a proactive, cross-disciplinary mindset. 100% on site in Ecublens and fluent English are expected.

Qualifikationen

• 3-7 years developing industrial vision systems for special-purpose machinery, industrial automation or custom machine manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with Keyence, Cognex, HALCON or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of optics, illumination, industrial cameras and image acquisition.
• Python development.
• Industrial software (PLC) and modern web application development.
• Autonomous, analytical and collaborative.
• Fluent English.
• 100% on site in Ecublens (VD).

• Design and develop complete industrial vision solutions integrated into automated machines.
• Own the complete lifecycle of vision applications, from feasibility studies and hardware selection to software development, validation and commissioning.
