You will conduct virtual and on-site consultations, review requirements, and deliver tailored designs while collaborating with sales and engineering to ensure feasible, cost-effective outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical applications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator with customers of varying technical levels.
• Experience across multiple industries is a plus.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred.

Aufgaben

• Understand application requirements and recommend or redesign mechanical and electrical solutions for improved performance and reliability.
• Conduct customer meetings and technical consultations virtually and on-site to review applications and gather requirements.
• Provide application support across industrial, manufacturing, and process-driven sectors.
• Evaluate existing equipment to identify redesign, upgrade, or troubleshooting opportunities.
• Develop technical documentation, specifications, and drawings for projects and internal efforts.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and vendors to ensure cost-effective, deliverable solutions.
• Support commissioning, installation guidance, and troubleshooting in field or remote settings.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines and industry trends to support evolving applications.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to understand capabilities and roadmaps.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for supplier products and communicate across teams.
