• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement (Kaizen, Six Sigma).
• Excellent communication and teamwork across diverse groups.

Aufgaben

• Analyze GIS production line layouts, workflows and procedures to identify efficiency, cost and quality gains with automation focus.
• Design and implement optimized production processes, including automation concepts and robotics applications.
• Conduct time and motion studies, process mapping and value stream analysis to remove bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement SOPs for GIS assembly and testing, including automated/robot-assisted processes.
• Collaborate with industrial engineers, production managers, design engineers, quality and NPI teams.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) using digitalization and automation.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies, including robotics cobots and smart manufacturing.
