Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Analyse GIS production line layouts, workflows, and procedures to identify efficiency and quality improvements with a focus on automation.
• Design and implement optimized production processes including automation concepts, robotics applications, and material flow.
• Conduct time and motion studies, process mapping, and value stream analysis to identify bottlenecks.
• Develop SOPs/work instructions for GIS assembly and testing, including automated/robot-assisted processes.
• Collaborate with industrial engineers, production managers, design engineers, quality and NPI teams.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) leveraging digitalization and automation technologies.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies including robotics (cobots), automated systems, and smart manufacturing solutions.
