EY in Switzerland is seeking a Manager in Tax Services focused on Indirect Tax/VAT, with offices in Zug or Luzern. You will lead client engagements and develop junior staff in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Formación

• Diploma in Law and/or Economics from a Swiss university or equivalent.
• Certified Tax Expert recognition is an asset.
• 5–7 years of indirect tax consulting experience, preferably with Big4 or comparable firm.
• Proven track record as a manager overseeing client mandates and guiding junior colleagues.
• Fluent German and English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with indirect tax rules on local and global scale for diverse clients.
• Navigate evolving tax landscape including e-commerce VAT and e-invoicing requirements.
• Improve VAT efficiency within supply chains and support digitalization.
• Mentor junior staff and manage projects from client needs to recommendations.
• Collaborate with EY's global Indirect Tax network for holistic solutions.
• Work with Tax, Assurance, and Advisory Services to meet client needs with innovative solutions.
• Tackle Swiss and international tax questions in a dynamic, learning-focused environment.
• Engage daily with clients and tax authorities to gain deep industry insights.
