Qualifications

• 5–7 years in indirect tax consulting (Swiss or international)
• Proven track record as a manager guiding junior colleagues
• Fluency in English; additional languages valued

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with indirect tax rules locally and globally across industries
• Address evolving VAT/e-invoicing and e-commerce VAT challenges
• Improve VAT efficiency in supply chains and support digitalization
• Mentor and train junior team members and manage client projects from needs to recommendations
• Collaborate with EY's global Indirect Tax network for holistic solutions
• Work with Tax, Assurance, and Advisory teams to meet client needs with innovative solutions
• Tackle complex Swiss and international tax questions in an interdisciplinary setting
• Engage in projects at the intersection of business and law with daily client interaction
