CHANEL Schweiz is offering an Indirect Procurement Internship based in Geneva, Switzerland. You will support the procurement function across categories, collaborating with internal partners and driving sourcing, negotiations, and contract management for non-manufacturing spend.

As part of the internship, you will analyze spend, maintain supplier data, and contribute to sustainability initiatives while gaining exposure to global procurement practices within a leading luxury brand.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or similar.
• Ideally, a previous experience in Procurement.
• Strong Office Excel and Power Point skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• A pro-active and energetic mindset, eager to tackle new projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead sourcing and tendering process.
• Improve overall Procurement & Sustainability Performance.
• Enrich our P2P platform.
• Create together with business partners and suppliers relevant catalogues (hosted & punch-out).
• Clean and enrich the preferred supplier database.
• Improve procurement processes.
• Ad hoc requests.
