• Bachelor's degree or higher in International Relations, Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience in telecommunications, international standards, industry development, or technology is an advantage.
• Excellent networking, communication, and writing skills.
• Fluent English and Chinese; French is a plus.
