Zusammenfassung

ABB Switzerland is seeking a Senior Trade Compliance professional to own the Local Business Line's compliance framework and govern policies, processes, controls, and training for export controls, sanctions, and origin management. You will lead cross-functional teams, implement day-to-day trade compliance, and adapt to regulatory changes across multiple countries.

The role requires 8+ years of experience in trade compliance or legal/compliance, with strong knowledge of GKV (Swiss), EU, and US

Qualifikationen

• Lead and improve the local trade compliance framework across the LBL.
• Provide expert guidance on customs, origin, export controls and sanctions.
• Coordinate with CTCO, TCS, PCE, declarants and logistics teams.

Aufgaben

• Develop, improve and implement processes of LBL’s customs procedures, origin management, sanction lists screening, dual-use classification and export controls.
• Functionally lead trade compliance resources in the LBL and oversee the Trade Compliance Program.
• Drive trade compliance in day-to-day operations and complex projects, including risk assessments and master data checks.
