Qualifikationen

• Technical background in Mechanical Engineering, Polymechanics or related field.
• HF/FH in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or comparable preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in Manufacturing or Process Engineering.
• Experience in Medical Device industry highly preferred; pharma or watchmaking also valued.
• Quality management systems and risk assessment knowledge.
• Lean Manufacturing exposure and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Advanced Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong written/spoken German and good English communication.

Aufgaben

• Drive process excellence by developing, optimizing, and implementing manufacturing processes.
• Support assembly and molding operations; troubleshoot process issues.
• Lead continuous improvement activities and cross-functional projects.
• Investigate deviations, perform root cause analyses, implement corrective actions.
• Improve yields, reduce cycle times, enhance overall equipment effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements; maintain documentation.
• Promote safety, quality, and operational excellence across manufacturing.
