The role focuses on planning, executing, and delivering engineering projects that support manufacturing operations and product development, ensuring regulatory and quality

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in engineering project management.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in regulated environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead engineering projects from initiation to completion with scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain.
• Maintain detailed plans, timelines, and stakeholder reports.
• Identify risks, implement mitigations, and manage changes.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Track performance metrics and capture lessons learned.
