You will align global standards with market needs, manage localization and compliance, and drive readiness for multi-country launches.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8–10+ years in digital experience or program management with multi-market scope.
• Experience in digital (web, marketing automation, LMS) in regulated industries.
• Ability to coordinate across owned channels and align with channel owners.
• Strong knowledge of on-site SEO fundamentals and analytics concepts.
• Ability to manage intake, prioritization, SLAs and cross-regional approvals.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary POC for International Marketing and local market teams for the Digital Experience across owned channels; coordinate delivery through Global DX channel owners.
• Establish and manage the OUS intake and prioritization process; translate market needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate the December launch of OUS corporate storytelling sites with global templates, localization plans, and market inputs.
• Orchestrate translation/transcreation with markets for timely approvals; manage localization SLAs and content lifecycle expectations.
• Coordinate Marketing Automation, LMS, eCatalog, and SEO/Analytics readiness; ensure dashboards and KPIs are tracked.
• Lead a small contractor pod for content population, localization, and QA; manage capacity and quality.
• Track OUS KPIs and surface insights; propose enhancements to global standards based on real-world use.
