Job summary

Swiss Re in Zürich seeks a Senior Business Project Manager to lead global Client Data Management initiatives within Life & Health Reinsurance. You will drive strategic framing through execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies and risks, and delivering measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with senior sponsors and regional teams, translating priorities into actionable plans while steering governance forums to achieve value and sustainable improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading projects and change initiatives within (Re)insurance.
• Strong end-to-end project management across business and technology, including planning, governance, risk and dependency management.
• Proven ability to translate strategic direction into execution and drive outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Project leadership: translate strategic priorities into clear project scope, milestones and measurable outcomes across interdependent workstreams and regions.
• Planning and prioritisation: establish structured approaches to prioritisation and delivery planning including resource requirements.
• Cross-functional delivery: mobilize and coordinate business and technology delivery across the value chain, managing dependencies and risks.
• Stakeholder management and governance: collaborate with sponsors and leaders to maintain alignment and enable timely decisions with concise reporting.
• Transformation and change: drive evolution of client data processes, governance and operating models into concrete plans.
• Resource and financial management: identify capacity needs and manage project budgets.
