Swiss Re in Zurich is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the global Client Data Management agenda within Life & Health Reinsurance, translating strategy into actionable delivery across regions. You will mobilize cross-functional teams, manage dependencies and risks, and drive governance, change, and benefits realization from strategy framing through execution.

The role offers exposure to data-driven initiatives and Senior stakeholder engagement to shape data governance and operating models

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience leading projects and change initiatives, preferably within (Re)insurance.
• Strong end-to-end project management experience across business and technology, including planning, governance, risk and dependency management, resource planning and financial management.
• Proven ability to translate strategic direction into execution, including shaping the approach where the path forward is not fully defined.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, working across functions, regions and seniority levels in a complex global organization.
• Experience delivering data and business transformation, including organizational and operating model design and implementation.

• Translate strategic priorities into clear project scope, milestones, delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
• Provide overall delivery oversight across interdependent workstreams and regions.
• Establish structured approaches to prioritisation and delivery planning including resource and capacity requirements.
• Mobilize and coordinate business and technology delivery across the Life & Health value chain, managing dependencies, risks and issues.
• Partner with project sponsors and senior stakeholders to maintain alignment and enable timely decisions.
• Drive the evolution of client data processes, governance and ways of working.
• Identify capacity and capability requirements, support resource and funding requests, and manage project financials.
