Page Executive in Geneva seeks a Chief Compliance Officer to lead the bank's compliance function within a highly international private banking platform. Based in Geneva, you will oversee conduct, financial crime risks and regulatory compliance to protect the bank’s risk appetite and reputation.

You will manage a team, advise the Board, and drive cross-border compliance initiatives across Latin America, Europe and the Middle East, ensuring ongoing alignment with Swiss and international

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Professional compliance certifications such as ICA, ACAMS, CAS Compliance Management are advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Define and implement the Bank's compliance strategy and annual compliance plan including conduct risk, AML/CTF and reputational risk.
• Establish and maintain effective compliance oversight and control frameworks.
• Lead development and enhancement of compliance policies, procedures, controls and governance.
• Advise senior management and the Board on regulatory requirements and developments.
• Promote a robust compliance culture with training and awareness initiatives.
• Act as primary contact for regulators, auditors and external stakeholders on compliance matters.
• Manage regulatory interactions, supervisory reviews and information requests.
• Partner with business and support functions to embed compliance into processes.
