EHL’s Tech Solutions Department seeks an Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to maintain a hybrid IT landscape, manage Azure workloads, and lead on on-premise-to-cloud migrations. You will own Entra ID administration, security controls, and automation efforts to support academic and administrative activities.

The role emphasizes collaboration across IT teams, platform ownership, and a long-term cloud strategy, with a permanent contract and a strong focus on reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience managing hybrid infrastructure environments (Windows Server, storage, backups).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and on-premise-to-cloud migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, authentication troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain servers, virtualization, storage, backup and core infrastructure services, ensuring availability, performance and security.
• Operate Azure workloads and campus-to-cloud link with the Cloud Engineer and partners; deepen optimisation and monitoring capabilities.
• Own Entra administration, groups, roles, MFA, CA and authentication troubleshooting; develop SSO/SCIM, onboarding and PIM expertise.
• Contribute to AKS operations and deployment preparation for new applications, developing toward greater administrative autonomy.
• Plan, migrate, test and decommission remaining on-premise workloads as they move to the cloud.
• Shape requirements, options, sizing, proofs of concept and recommendations for renewal.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud and network partners; document knowledge.
• Apply patching, hardening, access, backup and disaster recovery practices; support incidents.
• Automate recurring tasks with PowerShell and IaC; maintain documentation.
