Trane Technologies is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive D-CH and Tessin markets for temporary HVAC solutions. You’ll engage with construction, industrial and event clients, understand their needs, and size appropriate HVAC deployments on-site.

You will negotiate rental terms, coordinate with engineering and logistics for timely execution, and nurture key accounts for long-term collaborations. Language skills and mobility are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in technical B2B sales.
• Technical understanding to discuss capacity, air flow, cooling and heating output.
• Fluency in German and good English; Swiss dialect valued.

Aufgaben

• Grow our network in construction, industry, pharma, data centers, and events.
• Consult on-site and size temporary HVAC solutions (heater, cooler, AC units, fans).
• Prepare offers, negotiate terms, rental contracts, and extensions.
• Coordinate with tech, logistics and service for on-time commissioning.
• Maintain and develop key accounts with cross-selling and long-term rentals.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights for fleet and service expansion.
• Enter data in CRM and support forecasting.
