Avesco Rent – the Swiss leader in machine and construction equipment rental – is seeking a versatile HVAC Technician to diagnose, intervene, maintain, and ensure equipment availability at client sites in Rennaz, Vaud. You will perform on-site interventions, prepare reports, and coordinate with project managers as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Strong mechanical, hydraulic and/or electrical skills.
• Technical training in heating, air conditioning or energy fields.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Good knowledge of computer tools (CRM/MS Office).
• Category B driving license.
• Forklift license is a plus.
• Experience in service and/or equipment rental.

Aufgaben

• Prepare rental equipment and accessories (inspection, cleaning, operation).
• Prepare dispatch and return reports of equipment via the CRM.
• Manage stock of rental accessories.
• Diagnose faults or anomalies.
• Perform technical interventions: connection, commissioning, dismantling at clients’ premises.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on site as needed.
• Write intervention and commissioning reports and prepare commissioning reports at client sites.
• Draft repair quotes and supervise restoration.

Versatile HVAC Technician

Your mission

You play a key role in the quality of our services: from preparing and maintaining equipment to technical interventions at our clients’ sites, you ensure its proper functioning, safety, and availability.

Your responsibilities

• Preparation of rental equipment and accessories (inspection, cleaning, operation)
• Preparation of dispatch and return reports of equipment via the CRM
• Manage the stock of rental accessories
• Diagnose faults or anomalies
• Carry out technical interventions: connection, commissioning, and dismantling of equipment at clients’ premises
• Perform preventive maintenance operations on site as needed
• Write intervention and/or commissioning reports
• Prepare commissioning reports at clients’ sites
• Draft repair quotes and supervise restoration
• Support project managers during site visits as required
• Plan maintenance operations for the machine fleet
• Provide on-call service upon request (max. 7 days per month)
• Strictly apply and comply with safety procedures related to the work environment

Your profile

• Strong skills in mechanics, hydraulics and/or electricity
• Technical training in heating, air conditioning or energy fields
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience
• Good knowledge of computer tools
• Category B driving licence
• Forklift licence is a plus
• Experience in service and/or equipment rental
• Meticulous and structured work style
• Good report writing skills
• Excellent knowledge of products and equipment
• Forklift licence is a plus
