Zusammenfassung

Trane Technologies is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive D-CH and Tessin markets for temporary HVAC solutions. You’ll engage with construction, industrial and event clients, understand their needs, and size appropriate HVAC deployments on-site.

You will negotiate rental terms, coordinate with engineering and logistics for timely execution, and nurture key accounts for long-term collaborations. Language skills and mobility are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in technical B2B sales.
• Technical understanding to discuss capacity, air flow, cooling and heating output.
• Fluency in German and good English; Swiss dialect valued.

Aufgaben

• Grow our network in construction, industry, pharma, data centers, and events.
• Consult on-site and size temporary HVAC solutions (heater, cooler, AC units, fans).
• Prepare offers, negotiate terms, rental contracts, and extensions.
• Coordinate with tech, logistics and service for on-time commissioning.
• Maintain and develop key accounts with cross-selling and long-term rentals.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights for fleet and service expansion.
• Enter data in CRM and support forecasting.

Wir sind Spezialist für temporäre Klima-, Heizungs- und Lüftungslösungen. Für den Ausbau unseres Rental-Geschäfts in der Deutschschweiz (und Tessin) suchen wir einen Macher mit technischem Flair und Vertriebsherz.

Fokus auf die Kantone: Alle Deutschsprachigen und Tessin. Du bist viel bei Kunden vor Ort: auf Baustellen, in Industriebetrieben, bei Events und in Notfallsituationen.

• *Neukundengewinnung D-CH*: Du baust unser Netzwerk in Bau, Industrie, Pharma, Data Center und Event aus und erschliesst neue Segmente
• *Bedarfsanalyse & Lösung*: Du berätst vor Ort und dimensionierst temporäre HVAC-Lösungen: Heizer, Kühler, Klimageräte, Lüfter.
• *Verkauf & Vertragsabschluss*: Angebotserstellung, Preisverhandlung, Mietverträge, Verlängerungen
• *Projektabwicklung*: Enge Abstimmung mit Technik, Logistik und Service für termingerechte Inbetriebnahme
• *Key Account Pflege*: Bestandskunden entwickeln, Cross-Selling, Langzeitmieten sichern
• *Marktbeobachtung*: Du erkennst saisonale Peaks, Wettbewerber und gibst Impulse für Flotten- und Serviceausbau
• *CRM*: Saubere Pflege ins interne System, Forecast und Reporting
• Das bringst du mit*
• *Erfahrung*: 3+ Jahre im technischen B2B-Vertrieb. Ideal: HVAC, TGA, Baumaschinenvermietung, Energiedienstleistung
• *Technikverständnis*: Du sprichst mit HLK-Planern und Facility Managern auf Augenhöhe. Kenntnisse in Leistung, Luftmenge, Kälte- und Wärmeleistung von Vorteil
• *Vertriebskompetenz*: Jägermentalität + Lösungsorientierung. Du holst Aufträge auch im Ad-hoc-Geschäft
• *Sprachen*: Deutsch fliessend, Englisch gut. CH-Dialekt ist im Kundengespräch Gold wert, Italienisch und Französisch von Vorteil.
• *Mobilität*: Führerschein Kat. B, Bereitschaft für Aussendiensteinsätze in der ganzen D-CH und Tessin
• *Ausbildung*: Technischer Kaufmann, HF Gebäudetechnik, Ingenieur oder Quereinsteiger mit HVAC-Erfahrung
