Sonic Suisse is seeking a seasoned HR technology lead to own the integration, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems, with emphasis on Abacus and payroll. You will act as the bridge between HR, IT and Finance to drive digital transformation across HR processes.

You will oversee data quality, security and compliance with Swiss regulations, lead system implementations, and provide training and reporting. The role supports regional HR teams across Switzerland and requires regular travel.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of HR experience, including payroll.
• In depth knowledge of HRIS, data management and digital HR processes.
• Expertise in Abacus.
• Sound knowledge of Swiss HR practices and labour legislation.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to bridge HR, IT and business needs.
• Proactive, collaborative and service-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in two Swiss national languages and English.

• Manage and optimize Abacus and HR master data, including payroll-related processes.
• Drive digitalization, automation and continuous improvement of HR processes.

• Provide second-level support and training to HR teams and managers.
• Coordinate with IT, Finance and external providers.
• Deliver HR reporting, KPIs and regulatory requirements.
