Job Title: HR Ops Manager
Job Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate internal policies pertaining to Human Resources
  • Manage our workplace policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with Swiss labour law and the latest regulations for the benefit of our employees and Huawei
  • Responsible for the compliance and management policies related to Human resources
  • Conduct personnel management, including work contract preparation, on-boarding process, exit process
  • Collect and analyse employee data
  • Use data to create employee profiles
  • Organise and update employee files
  • Responsible for contractor’s management, including confirming needs with business department, conducting interview and recruitment process etc.
Requirements
  • Relevant training and/or certifications for HR function
  • Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or similar role (at least 5 years)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment law
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • German and English at business fluent level are mandatory, French is an advantage
