Lonza Sales AG in Basel, Switzerland is offering an Intern HR Biologics position to support the Human Resources team across initiatives in our Biologics platform. This role provides hands-on experience in a dynamic global life sciences company.

You will assist HR Business Partners, maintain HR databases, participate in projects, prepare reports on HR metrics, and provide general administrative support. A current Bachelor's or Master’s in HR, business, or psychology with strong English

• Pursuing degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• Interest in HR within life sciences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Aufgaben

• Support HR Business Partners with employee relations, performance management, and organizational development activities.
• Maintain and update HR databases and systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Participate in special HR projects and initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics and activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
