Adaptyv is building an automated lab that enables AI-driven biology experiments and productized analytical characterization for proteins and biologics. The role focuses on HPLC and mass spectrometry to deliver identity, purity, and PTM data across the antibody stack and beyond.

You will turn bespoke methods into scalable, high-throughput workflows and partner with automation and software teams to produce reliable results that customers can trust.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on expertise in HPLC and mass spectrometry for proteins/biologics, including method development and validation.
• Industry experience delivering analytical characterization in production/ QC or CRO settings, with fast, reproducible results.
• Strong knowledge of antibody/biologics analytics: identity, purity, aggregation, PTMs.
• Builder mindset: able to set up new capabilities and run with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Develop, validate, and run analytical methods (HPLC/LC-MS) for intact and subunit proteins.
• Build the analytical characterization menu for the antibody stack into a productized, orderable capability.
• Collaborate with lab automation to scale methods to high-throughput systems with reproducible turnaround.
• Work with software to structure data, build analysis pipelines, and interpret spectra and chromatograms.
• Set acceptance criteria and own data integrity of reports for customers and teams.
• Advise customers and internal teams on what the data means.
