Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support the adoption, implementation, and growth of our Hospital IT and healthcare software solutions across Switzerland. Acting as the primary customer success lead, you will work closely with healthcare providers, IT stakeholders, delivery teams, and partners to ensure successful deployments, high customer satisfaction, and long-term business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, implementation, or consulting within healthcare technology.
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, APIs, and data integration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management across clinical, operational, IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact after contract signature and ensure adoption.
• Build relationships with clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead onboarding, implementation coordination, training, and go-live activities.
• Proactively manage risks, escalations, and customer support requirements.
• Support renewals and identify opportunities to expand existing relationships.
• Collaborate with sales on presales activities, demonstrations, and feasibility assessments.
• Coordinate with IQVIA global teams, partners, and delivery organizations for outcomes.
• Gather and document customer requirements aligning with product roadmap priorities.
• Support healthcare data integration and interoperability initiatives (HL7, FHIR, APIs, HIS).
• Monitor customer health, platform usage, adoption metrics, and value realization.
