IQVIA is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support adoption, implementation, and growth of Hospital IT software solutions across Switzerland. You will be the primary customer success lead, working with healthcare providers, IT stakeholders, delivery teams, and partners to ensure successful deployments and long-term growth.

This role combines customer success (50%) and revenue growth (50%), focusing on maximizing value from IQVIA's healthcare technology and identifying expansion

Qualifikationen

• Understanding hospital business processes and HIS logic.
• Ability to elicit and translate requirements for technical teams.
• Experience in customer success, implementation or consulting in Health IT.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, APIs).
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Be the primary customer contact after contract signature and ensure satisfaction.
• Build relationships with clinical, operational, IT and executive stakeholders.
• Lead onboarding, implementation coordination, training and go-live activities.
• Proactively manage risks, escalations and support needs.
• Support renewals and identify opportunities for expansion.
