Proclinical in Portland, Maine seeks a Home Infusion Nursing Coordinator to support a nationwide home-based infusion programme. You will lead nurse-led patient assessments, onboarding, scheduling, and EMR documentation to ensure safe, efficient care.

You will collaborate with physicians, clinical and operational teams, and reimbursement stakeholders to drive adoption, optimize processes, and enhance patient experiences within our expanding home infusion services.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
Current RN license in good standing.
Oncology nursing experience preferred.
ONS Provider Card required within 12 weeks of hire; OCN certification advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong collaboration skills.
Empathy and emotional intelligence; understands impacts on patients and families.

Responsibilities

Conduct nurse-led patient assessments to determine suitability for home-based treatment.
Support patient screening, onboarding activities, and appointment scheduling in the EMR.
Ensure all clinical and operational requirements are completed prior to medication collection.
Support timely post-treatment communication and EMR documentation.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and commercial teams for programme implementation.
Monitor patient onboarding pipeline and address bottlenecks to maximise capacity.
Identify and elevate risks, barriers, and opportunities affecting delivery.
Deliver training and ongoing support to clinical teams for workflow adoption.
Present programme performance updates at stakeholder meetings.
