Job summary

Labcorp is offering a Histology Scientist Intern position based in Geneva. The role involves developing and optimizing multiplex immunofluorescence (mIF) workflows for clinical and translational research, with a focus on high-plex assay capabilities and quality control.

You will work within the histology department, gain exposure to AI-based image analysis, and collaborate across teams while under supervision. Internship duration is 5–6 months, full-time, with compensation provided.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Life Sciences or Biology.
• Current enrollment in a Master’s degree program in Life Sciences or Biology.
• 3 months or more of experience in image analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and implement multiplex immunofluorescence (mIF) workflows for clinical and translational research applications.
• Advance high-plex assay capabilities, establish quality control processes, reduce imaging artifacts, and develop image processing solutions to ensure robust, reproducible, and high-quality biomarker analysis.
