Qualifikationen

• Electrical/electrotechnical/power electronics engineering degree
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink scripting and real-time modeling
• Experience with hardware-in-the-loop real-time systems (Speedgoat preferable)
• Experience with vehicle control units, CAN/Ethernet, signal processing
• Experience with Battery Management System (BMS) ECUs and electric inverters
• Knowledge of modern hybrid powertrains and HV systems
• Familiar with Motion Applied toolchain (e.g., System Monitor, ATLAS) and ETAS INCA
• Experience with Agile (Scrum) and Git workflows
• High proactivity, problem-solving, and teamwork
• Good command of English; German recommended

Aufgaben

• Creating HiL models (MATLAB/Simulink) for a hybrid F1 power unit and integrating into a digital-twin vehicle model
• Hardware integration of HiL components for power electronics domain
• Developing real-time models (MATLAB/Simulink) for HV battery, e-motor, inverter
• Building interface models to link control units with real-time systems (CAN, I/O)
• Embedded software testing and validation of BMS and inverter ECUs on HiL
• Data analysis to validate digital-twin PU models
• Test automation development
• Creating measuring setups to validate HiL configuration
• Collaborate with the Software Controls Team in HiL daily operations
• Provide HiL support during race events in Audi F1 Mission Control
