Kusnacht Practice is seeking a one-year fixed-term early-career law graduate to join our team and translate academic legal knowledge into practical experience within a highly regulated healthcare environment.

You will work under close guidance with the Director of Clinical Operations, Quality & Compliance, contributing to compliance, governance and information management initiatives while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Law (MLaw) or equivalent legal qualification.
• Strong interest in digital transformation, innovation and legal technology.
• Interest in healthcare law, data protection.
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical recommendations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and research skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under supervision in a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluent in English and German (C1 level).

Responsabilités

• Support identification, evaluation and implementation of digital solutions to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of new technologies in digital transformation.
• Assist with reviews of GDPR, FADP and data protection requirements.
• Prepare reports, briefing papers and management presentations.
• Coordinate work packages within digital transformation and compliance projects.
