Head Project Management (80-100%)

As part of the evolution of our Technical Operations organization, we are establishing a dedicated Project Management team to drive the successful introduction of new products and major product changes. In this newly created leadership role, you will build and shape the Project Management function, lead strategic customer projects and help define how projects are executed across the company. Your work will directly contribute to business growth, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Your Role

• Build, lead and develop a newly established Project Management team within Technical Operations.
• Drive cross-functional projects for new product introductions, product transfers and major product changes from initial evaluation through commercial implementation.
• Lead project and portfolio management, governance and execution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and in compliance with GMP requirements.
• Act as the key interface for customers, internal stakeholders and senior management, creating transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish project management standards, coordinate priorities across functions and continuously improve the way projects are delivered.

Your Profile

• University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline.
• Several years of project management leadership experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotech, CDMO or another GMP-regulated production environment.
• Proven success leading complex cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Strong communication, planning and organizational skills combined with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach.
• Fluent in German and English.
