Job summary

Ophtapharm AG in Hettlingen near Winterthur is seeking a Head of Project Management (80-100%) to build and lead a new PM function within Technical Operations. You will drive major product introductions, transfers and changes, shaping governance and delivery across functions to ensure GMP-compliant execution.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of PM functions in pharma/biotech or GMP environment.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong communication, planning and hands-on execution.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a newly established Project Management team within Technical Operations.
• Drive cross-functional projects for new product introductions, transfers and major product changes.
• Lead project and portfolio management, governance and execution ensuring on-time delivery and GMP compliance.
• Act as the key interface for customers, internal stakeholders and senior management.
• Establish PM standards and coordinate priorities across functions, driving continuous improvement.
