APCO Technologies SA in Switzerland’s Vaud region seeks a senior aerospace engineer to lead a 7‑member team, oversee competence development, and establish department budgets.

You will analyze customer specifications, justify and optimize structural designs per ECSS standards in static, dynamic, thermal environments, and prepare technical documents for all project phases including vibration and acoustic tests.

Qualifications

• EPF Master degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience on flight equipment.
• Proficient in static, modal, frequency response, shock, vibro-acoustic, thermal and thermo-elastic analyses.
• Knowledge of ECSS standards.
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.

• are able to perform all mechanical analyses types: static, modal, frequency response, shock, vibro-acoustic, thermal and thermo-elastic for metallic and fiber reinforced materials.
• master Nastran. The knowledge of FEMAP would be an asset.
• know ECSS standards.
• are fluent in English and French, written and spoken, capable to defend r technical solutions in both languages.
• Good organization skills, autonomy and efficiency are required, completed with and a real driving force.
• Critical thinking.
