Rivia is seeking its first Head of Sales to own sales strategy and team performance across Europe and the US, spanning Zurich and a Boston pod. This 0-to-1 build will stand up the sales engine, develop the team, and establish the playbook as the company scales.

You’ll stay personally involved in the biggest deals while coaching the team. You will shape compensation plans, hiring standards, and sales processes from scratch, with accountability for pipeline, forecast accuracy, and revenue growth.

Aufgaben

• Own the Sales strategy and team's performance across Zurich and Boston, including pipeline, forecasting, and revenue delivery
• Build and run the sales process from scratch: stages, exit criteria, CRM discipline, and forecasting cadence
• Personally engage in the biggest and most strategic deals, selling directly into biotech and pharma clinical buyers
• Hire, ramp up, and coach the sales team as it grows, setting and holding the hiring bar
• Report directly to the CEO, with regular input into commercial strategy and planning
