Zusammenfassung

The Emerald Group Ltd, Search and Selection seeks an experienced analytics leader to develop and implement the group’s analytics strategy for its global reinsurance business. You will design a cross-location operating model and provide strategic direction for actuarial, CAT modelling and portfolio modelling functions.

The role requires leadership across locations, collaboration with Executive Boards, Underwriting, Risk Management and senior stakeholders, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Mathematics, Business Mathematics, Geosciences or comparable field.
• Completed actuarial qualification (e.g., SAV, DAV).

Qualifications Required

• A successfully completed university degree in Mathematics, Business Mathematics, Geosciences or a comparable discipline
• Completed actuarial qualification, e.g. SAV, DAV or similar

Experience Required

• Several years of leadership experience in an analytics-driven function at a primary insurer, reinsurer or reinsurance broker
• A strong track record of developing interdisciplinary teams across locations and fostering employee growth
• Demonstrated experience in transforming existing structures and processes within Reinsurance Analytics
• Proven experience collaborating with Executive Boards, Underwriting, Risk Management and other senior stakeholders
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
